How to register and the sign up process

What to do before registration

First step! You need a trip code. The trip code is a 5-character code specific to the trip your Grad Group has picked.

Step 2: Click “I’m Ready” and enter your trip code. This will give you all the information you need to know before signing up. This is where you will find the Travel Details, Your Resort, Staff Info, S-trip! Exclusives, Travel Insurance, Pricing and FAQs


Don’t have a Trip Code? Your Organizer or classmates will have this information. You can also contact our Help Desk and they will be happy to answer your questions and provide you with the Trip Code.

The signup process: Step by Step

  1. Traveller Info. Enter your: Personal Info, Parent/Guardian Info, Passport Details, Emergency Contact Info and Medical Info. If you are 17 and under, your parent or guardian info must be listed to confirm they have given you permission. Three different emails must be entered (passenger, parent/guardian and emergency contact).
  2. Rooming: Select the occupancy (Single, Double or Triple)Please note that it is the responsibility of the passenger to provide the correct number of roommates for their chosen occupancy. If roommates are not provided we may assign roommates of the same gender if they are available. If roommates are not available your occupancy may change which may result in additional charges which will be the responsibility of the passenger. Requests to add or change roommates will only be accepted up to 45 days prior to your final balance date. Requests received after that point cannot be accommodated. Please be advised that while we do our best it may not be possible to accommodate all requests.
  3. Insurance: Medical insurance is included for all of our Grad Trips. There will be an option to read this policy. Comprehensive Insurance is also available to add on. There will be an option to read this policy and review the extras.  If you have any additional coverage, you may enter it now. We strongly recommend the extra insurance.
  4. Payments. Choose your payment plan: Deposit of $150.00 (plus Extra insurance cost if purchased). Each month $150.00 will be due and the remaining balance on the balance date OR Pay in full at the time of registration.

           Choose your method of Payment: Credit Card, Interac or Visa debit.

           Terms and Conditions - Read and Review, click I have read and accept once complete.


After sign up: A Welcome to S-Trip! and a payment received email will be sent after sign up to confirm registration. You will receive a personal Passenger Code and will use this to review all the information on “My Profile”.

-You received an email from us but didn’t register? You must contact us to cancel within 24hrs in order to reverse the sign up. After this date, all sign ups are the responsibility of the parent guardian on file.
