Purchasing extra insurance with the intent of cancelling

If at this time you are looking to purchase cancellation insurance with the intent to cancel and make a claim, unfortunately we cannot approve this. The insurance company will not find this claim legitimate. If you are cancelling because you are not sure how you will be able to keep up with the monthly payment schedule, please speak to one of out Help Desk agents at 1.866.627.8747 and we would be happy to work out a revised payment plan that works for you.

If you decide you need to cancel, our regular terms and conditions would apply. This means the money you have paid would not be refunded but instead you would receive trip dollars to use as a travel discount on any future trip with S-Trip! and select partners determined by S-Trip! that you might book in the next 5 years.
