To return your purchase from s-trip.com/store, please contact Genumark Customer Service to make arrangements. If you are returning your package for no fault of S-Trip! or Genumark, shipping will be at your expense.
Any discrepancies are to be reported to the Genumark Customer Service Team within 5 business days from receipt of the order to have your problem rectified.

Genumark will issue a Return Authorization document for you to include with your return of items which were shipped incorrectly or damaged. Be sure to include the RA# document provided by Genumark. If you do not include this document, it will result in a delay in processing your return. Genumark will replace goods at no additional charge, as part of their No Hassle Return Policy.
Please remember that any product that has been worn or altered in any fashion may not be returned.
Those items which were ordered incorrectly can be exchanged by same process.
