Upon arrival, your Program Director will meet with your group and check you into the hotel. This is the time where we go over what is expected of each student, and how to navigate around the resort.
All travelers will be given a form to review their room and note any pre-existing damages. This is a way for us to ensure our travelers do not get charged for incidentals they did not cause.
The damage deposit will be collected either on the bus to the resort or during the check-in process at the hotel. travelers from each room will initial the form to confirm which one they chose.
